What is the recommended distance from canopy with this light?
Can’t seem to find that info anywhere
I just wanted to add that I have 2 of these hanging 26″ over some newly transplanted clones in veg, I thought since the actual draw was about 170, that I would need 2 of these units to translate into a meaningful 320 actual wattage. — I burned my poor babies. I have since then turned off one of the lights, and moved it away to 36″.
UPDATE: I have contacted Apollo regarding my 3x3x6 grow tent situation. They informed me that the recommended distances from light to canopy for their product should be 1 1/2 – 2 ft away, but to play with that depending on strains.
think of it this way; the more canopy you have, the more light you need. baby clones don’t need the penetration that healthy adults do so, you can keep your light at 36 inches without issue.
